Hi! My name is Jessica (you may know me as JP!) and I am the owner of Monarch & Roots. I have years of spa experience and so excited to now be collaborating with “In Your Face Aesthetics” medical spa. Skin care is my passion and I LOVE what I do! I provide multiple services, focusing on skin care, hair removal, and Reiki. I care about more than just making your skin healthier – I want to make YOU feel better in your skin, body, and soul! I am constantly working to improve myself both professionally and personally. I hold multiple certifications and am constantly looking for new techniques and technologies to help you feel your best. Cancellation Policy
I am a busy mother of two, so I know that life happens! 💕🤞🏽
🦋 Deposits🦋
Because I value both your time and mine, there is a required deposit at the time of booking. ✨ Deposits are non-refundable. ✨ However, all deposits go towards the cost of the booked services with the remaining balance due at the end of the service on the appointment day.💕
✨ If you need to re-schedule your appointment, your deposit will remain for two (2) reschedules within the same month. ✨ After that, you will be required to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
🦋 Cancellation Fees🦋
The required deposit means there is NO cancellation fee. I ask that if you do have to cancel, please be mindful and communicate with me ahead of time if you are unable to make your appointment.
🦋No-Show Policy🦋
🌸There is a Zero-Tolerance No-Show policy. 🌸 No-shows are a little disrespectful and honestly hurt my feelings. 🥺 Failure to communicate prior to the appointment, or showing up past the grace period for your scheduled appointment, will result in automatic termination of service. No-shows may result in being blocked from making future appointments.
